This Week In The Charts – 17th February , 2025

This week in the charts have debuts from Dom Dolla, Spacey Jane, The Wolfe Brothers, Lee Kernaghan, Skeleten, Pete Cornelius, The Panics, Solkyri, Karen Lee Andrews, Ali Omar, Seekae, Close Counters, Royel Otis, King Parrot, Lotte Gallagher, and Alexander Biggs.

Securing #1 on the Independent Label Single  charts was Dom Dolla with latest single ‘Dreamin’ released from his newly minted label. Coming in at #5 was The Wolfe Brothers with ‘Welcome To The Country’, while Spacey Jane debuted at #14 with ‘All The Noise’. 

Royel Otis secured #16 on the 100% Independent Singles charts with ‘Oysters in my Pocket’ ; King Parrot debuted at #17 with ‘F*** You And The Horse You Rode In On’ and Lotte Gallagher debuted at #19 with ‘Can We Talk When It’s Over’.

Securing debuts across both the 100% Independent Album charts  and the Independent Label Album charts were  Pete Cornelius who secured #2 on the 100% Independent Album charts  and #3 on the  Independent Label Album charts with ‘Southern’; The Panics debuted at #3 and #5 with ‘Sleeps Like A Curse (20th Anniversary Edition)’, secured #4 and #6 with ‘Cranebrook’, Karen Lee Andrews took out #5 and #7 with ‘Survival’ Ali Omar secured #6 and #9 with ‘Hashish Hits’, and Close Counters debuted at #8 and #12 with ‘Lovers Dance Academy’. 

Skeleten debuted at #2 on the Independent Label Album charts with ‘Mentalized’ and Seekae took out #11 with ‘The Worry’. 

Rounding out a busy week of debuts Alexander Biggs debuted at #12 on the 100% Independent Album charts with ‘Stay With The Horses’.
