This Week in the Charts we have debuts from Old Mervs, The Cat Empire, Floodlights, Ed Kuepper with Jim White, Gutwrench Records, David Jones, Max Jackson, The Superjesus, Vov Dylan, Ghostsmoker, Liz Stringer, Eggy, Emma Memma, and Life Pilot.
Old Mervs debuted at #1 on the Independent Label Album Chart with their self-titled record ‘Old Mervs‘ ; The Cat Empire secured at #2 with their self-titled record ‘Bird in Paradise‘, Floodlights took out #3 ‘Underneath‘, Ed Kuepper with Jim White’s latest release ‘After The Flood’ secured #4 and Liz Stringer came in at #14 with ‘The Second High‘.
The Superjesus debuted at #1 on the 100% Independent Albums Chart with their self-titled album and came in at #5 on the Independent Label Albums chart; ‘La Vida Apasionada, ‘ the latest release from Vov Dylan, secured at #2 and #6, and Ghostsmoker took out #3 and #8 with ‘Inertia Cult‘.
Eggy entered the charts for the very first time with her release ‘From Time To Time‘ which debuted at #7 on the 100% Independent Albums Chart, Emma Memma came in at #9 with ‘Dance Island Party‘, while Life Pilot‘s self-titled secured #14.
Gutwrench Records debuted at #1 across both the Independent Label Singles Chart and the 100% Independent Singles Chart with ‘Split‘, David Jones took out #10 and #6 with ‘Between My Shadow And The Sun‘, FISHER debuted at #8 on the Independent Label Singles Chart with his latest release ‘Stay’, and Max Jackson debuted at #17 on the ndependent Label Singles Chart with ‘Little More Country Sessions – EP‘.
