This week in the charts we have debuts from Kylie Minogue, Fergus James, The Checkerboard Lounge, Big Heavy Stuff and The Cat Empire. Kylie Minogue debuted at #1 on the Independent Albums charts with ‘Extension (The Extended Mix)’. Jimmy Barnes took out #2 with ‘Blue Christmas’, The Cat Empire secured #6 with their self-titled Album.

Checkerboard Lounge debuted at #4 on the 100% Independent Album charts and #13 on the Independent Label Album charts with ‘Roller Coaster’.

Big Heavy Stuff entered the charts for the very first time debuting at #17 on the 100% Independent Album charts with ‘Size Of The Ocean’.

Fergus James secured #20 on the 100% Independent Singles charts with ‘Waking Up With You’.
