This week in the charts we have debuts from The Living End, Shannon Smith, Empire of the Sun and Pnau, Lotte Gallagher, Ashley Naylor, Ratcat, Rinehearts, Cosmic Psychos, Jordan Merrick, and Hannah Gillepsie.

Securing #1 on the Independent Label charts The Living End debuted with the 25th Anniversary edition of their self-titled available via BMG and ABC Music. 

Taking out both #1 on the Independent Label Singles charts and the 100% Independent Singles Charts Shannon Smith debuted with ‘Dance The Night Away’. 

Empire of the Sun and Pnau welcomed a debut at #4 on the Independent Label Singles charts with their collaboration on ‘AEIOU’, while Lotte Gallagher secured #13 with ‘Adam’. 

Ashley Naylor secured #3 on the 100% Independent Label Album charts with ‘Soundtracks Volume 2’, Ratcat securing #4 with ‘All Stripped Back’ and Rinehearts securing #5 with ‘Full Bloom’. 

Cosmic Psycho’s secured 3 slots on the 100% Independent Albums Charts this week, debuting at #7 with ‘Glorius Basteds’, re-entering at #6 with ‘Cum The Raw Prawn’,  and #13 with ‘Self Totalled’ . 

Jordan Merrick secured #12 on the 100% Independent Album charts with ‘Winner Take Nothing’ and Hannah Gillespie secured #14 with ‘Paper Heart Angel’.
