This Week In The Charts – 1 May, 2023

This Week In The Charts we have debuts from Dmas, Karen Marks, The Barnestormer, Two Tone Pony, The Teskey Brothers, James Reyne & Ella Hooper, RedHook, John Butler, Kosmetika, Svtax Error, Tay Oskee, Bluey and Floodlights. 

RedHook secured #1 for their debut album ‘Postcard From A Living Hell’ on the on the 100% Album Charts, and #2 on the Independent Label Charts.

John Butlers ‘Live in Paris’ debuted at #3 on the 100% Independent Album Charts, and #8 on the Independent Label Album Charts. 

Entering the 100% Independent Album Charts for the first time Kosmetika secured #6 on the 100% Independent Album Charts with ‘Illustration’, Svtax Error took out #8 with ‘The Vanishing Existence’, and Tay Oskee debuted at #11 with ‘Keepers Of The Morning’. 

On the Independent Label Album Charts Bluey took out #1 with latest release ‘Dance Mode!’ and Floodlights debuted at #3 with ‘Painting of My Time’.

On the 100% singles charts DMA’s secured #12 with ‘Forever’ ; Karen Marks taking out #14 with ‘Cold Cafè EP’, The Barnestormer achieved #16 with ‘Real Wild Child’, ‘A Life Well Lived’ by Two Tone Pony secured #18, Teskey Brothers latest single ‘London Bridge’ took out #19 and rounding out the charts with their debut at #20 was James Reyne and Ella Hooper’s latest single ‘Way Out West’.
